To boil the egg properly, always pour the egg in normal water then boil it.

If the egg is to boil in a short time at home, then add two teaspoons of salt to the water.


To increase the taste of the egg curry, add some milk or cream to it.

Ingredients For Egg Curry Recipe

  • Eggs 8                              Oil 1 tsp
  • Garlic buds 5                  Onion chopped 1tsp
  • Green chili 2                  Grated ginger 1pcs
  • Kasuri methi 1tsp         Garam masala 1tsp
  • Red chili pwd 1tsp        Chaat Masala 1tsp
  • Water 1cup                    Salt as per taste
  • Fresh cream 1tsp          Curd 2 tblsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing



Preparations For Make Egg Curry Recipe

Boil the eggs.

Chop the onion finely and grate the ginger too.

Prepare coarse paste of onion,green chilli, ginger, and garlic.


How to Make Egg Curry Recipe

Heat the oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add the prepared paste and fry it well.

Now add curd and cream in a separate vessel and mix well, then put it in the pan with all the ingredients and fry it for a while while stirring well.

Now add kasoori methi, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and water as per taste to a boil in the pan, after boiling, cook it for 10 minutes.

Now put a light cut in the eggs and cook them for some time by putting them in the gravy, after cooking, decorate it with chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve it.
