  • 200 grams pasta
  • 2 tsp oil or refined
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 chopped capsicum
  • Handful of corn
  • Taste of salt

Boil and keep the pasta dry.

Cut carrots and capsicum.

Put all the chopped vegetables in refined oil in a pan and fry them very lightly, so that the vegetables become slightly crispy.

How to Make White Sauce Pasta Recipe

Heat the water in a pan and add a spoon of oil or refined and a spoon of salt to it. When the water starts boiling, turn off the gas and add the pasta to it and leave it for 4 to 5 minutes.

When pasta becomes soft then sieve the water and keep the pasta to dry.

Now heat one tablespoon of oil or refined in the saucepan and add one spoon of garlic and fry it till it becomes golden, now add chopped carrot pieces and fry them a lightly,
