Ingredients For Aloo Chaat
  • 04 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled white peas
  • A boiled potato
  • Single chopped onion
  • 01 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 03 to 4 finely chopped green chilies
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • A spoonful lemon juice
  • A spoonful kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • A spoonful cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • A spoonful sour sweet chutney
  • 1/2 tsp green coriander chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • 03 to 4 teaspoons of oil



Preparation For Aloo Chaat

Boil the potatoes and white peas.

Finely chop onion, tomato, ginger, coriander and green chillies and keep them aside.





Important Tips For Aloo Chaat

In addition to tamarind chutney in potato chaat, you can use lemon juice in it.

To make the chaat more delicious, thick curd and sev can be used.



How to make green coriander chutney

Add one cup of coriander leaves, one cup of mint, one big green chilli and salt as per taste and grind it well in the mixer.
your green coriander chutney is ready.



Make Like Aloo Chaat This 

Heat three tablespoons of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add ginger, green chilli and onion and fry it till it becomes light pink.

Now add tomatoes and salt as per taste and cook on low heat for five minutes.

Then add garam masala, kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder and fry it on medium flame while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add potatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Next, add boiled peas, half a cup of water.

After this, add green chutney, sour sweet chutney, coriander and black salt to the chaat and mix and turn off the gas, your potato chaat is ready.

Now put the prepared ingredients in an bowl or plate, then serve it by adding finely chopped onion, chilli and coriander over it.
