Ingredients For Paneer Lababdar

Coock time:25 mins    Prep time:20 mins

  • 200 gms paneer chopped
  • 50 gm grated paneer
  • 02 chopped tomatoes
  • 01 onion chopped
  • 01 piece ginger
  • 04 cloves garlic
  • 03 green chillies
  • 02 small cardamom
  • 04 pieces cloves
  • 01 piece cinnamon
  • 1/4 turmeric
  • 01 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 01 tablespoon kasuri methi
  • 01 tablespoon cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 01 teaspoon garam masala
  • 01 coriander powder
  • 15 pieces of cashew nuts
  • 03 tablespoons oil or butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation For Paneer Lababdar

Cut 200 grams of cottage Paneer out of 250 grams of paneer and grated 50 grams of paneer.

Cut both tomatoes and one onion.

Cut garlic,ginger, green chillies and cashews too.



Important Tips Paneer Lababdar

Use a pressure cooker to boil the ingredients and do not boil for too long.

Do not fry the ingredients when the oil is well heated.

Stir the chopped onions and cook them lightly golden or golden.

Only when the material cools down, grind it.

Keep in mind that always cook the spices on medium heat.

The paneer lababdar recipe is mostly cooked on medium heat so that it remains thick.

Stir and simmer the gravy for about a minute.

Serve it with roti, naan or veg pulao.

Always use creamy cottage cheese in the recipe and bake the paneer lightly and add it to the recipe, which will greatly enhance its taste.

Make Paneer Lababdar Like This

First heat a tablespoon of oil in the pan.

Now add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and cashews to the hot oil and fry for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring, then cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Stir after 5 minutes and turn off the gas and let it cool.When it is cold, take it out in a guiding jar and grind,

It after adding some water.Now again put the remaining oil in the pan, after the oil is heated, keep the flame on medium flame and now add small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and cumin and fry it and add the grinded paste.

Then add turmeric coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt and sugar.

Now stir it till the oil separates from the spices. Then add a cup of water.
Then add a spoon of cream, grated paneer and kasoori methi.


Now mix chopped cottage cheese and cook on low flame for 5 minutes and turn off the gas.Now paneer lababdar is ready.
