Ingredients For Egg Biryani
- Basmati Rice 2 cup Eggs 6 pcs
- Ginger 1 piece Garlic 4 buds
- Onion 1 piece Green Chilli 2pcs
- Cinnamon 1 piece Cloves 4pcs
- Bay leaf 1 Black pepper 1/2tsp
- Pulao masala 1tsp Oil 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Preparations For Make Egg Biryani
Soak rice for 5 minutes.
Boil the egg and remove the peel.
Make a hole in the egg using a knife or a fork.
Prepare ginger-garlic paste.
How to Make Egg Biryani Recipe
Heat the oil in the pan, when the oil is hot then add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon and black pepper and fry it lightly, now add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and fry it till the onion becomes golden.
When the masala is roasted, then add 2 eggs to it and make bhurji, then take the rice out of the water and put it in the pan and fry for 1 to 2 minutes and after that add salt in the pan.
Now put the remaining eggs in the pan and also add 4 cups of water and cover the pan and cook till the rice base is cooked when the rice is half cooked, then add the pulav masala to it and mix it well and cover the pan when it is cooked when cooked well, decorate it with coriander leaves and serve.
